RACE REPORT

Off 3 minutes late at 3.28pm, the field was eventually led by Lady Lawless and Respendent, with Argentan close up. This order was maintained until rounding the final bend, at which point Argentan weakened leaving the contest a match between the top two in the betting. In the end the English Oaks second was too strong and cantered to an easy 3 length victory, with fully 8 lengths back to Leonora in third.
